I've been knitting since I was nineteen years old...and if you think I'm going to tell you how long that's been, prepare to be disapppointed. Knitting is a serious hobby and I've done everything from knitting for myself to knitting gifts on commission for others.
I've written some patterns, including my
Famous Fabulous No-Measure Toe-Up Sock Pattern, now available for free from the fine knitting web site that is
Ravelry.
I also hand-spin my own yarn, spinning everything from alpaca to wool to silk. Some of my handspun yarns become available to buy either on Ravely or on
Etsy via my shop. I also tat lace!

I'm a principal dancer and instructor with
Skin Deep, a Seattle-area American Tribal Style belly dance company that performs at a wide variety of venues, from nightclubs to weddings to roller derby half-time shows. In addition to performing, I enjoy teaching ATS belly dance and am certified in General Skills by Carolena Nericcio of FatChanceBellyDance. I teach beginner and intermediate classes in both the Seattle and Issaquah areas. Our classes are fun, casual, and we encourage you to join even if you've never danced before in your life. I work in video games because I'm a gamer, and despite being busy with what feels like a million other hobbies I always make time to play games, too. You can find me online as Hellchick in many places -- on Xbox Live, on Steam, and more. Lately I've been playing a lot of Team Fortress 2, Rock Band 2, and even some Quake Live.
