Hello! I wanted to give some props to a very kind man named John Nichols who recently contacted us. He said that his mother had been a charity knitter, and when she died a year ago she left behind yarn that he and his father didn't know what to do with. After finding us, they asked if they could send it to use for our charity projects. It's a wonderful gift and we wanted to thank John and his dad -- and his mother, of course -- for their generosity. The yarn and charity money will go to great causes, guys!

About This Item
A very cute and girly scarf! Allison knitted up this pattern from
Knitty.com. The scarf is made of 80/20 wool/acrylic yarn that's very soft. The flower at the end has a hole in the center to accomodate the pretty pink flower button on the other end of the scarf so you can secure it! This is definitely gift material, so give a gift and help out a charity at the same time!

About This Item
This very cute and fun knitted hat was made by Ellen. It's a small, so it should fit a child just fine. The thick yarn will also make this a very warm hat to wear. The fun colors should make this a great gift for any kid who can use it in the cold weather, so hurry and bid on it now while winter's still here!

About This Item
This is another great funky scarf made by Ellen with tons of colors to go with anything in your wardrobe. It's very softly textured with a fun furry yarn. This is a shorter scarf that will look very cute tucked into the collar of a jacket, especially in winter.

About This Item
This scarf is so cool! The bright green eyelash yarn is a great contrast against the thicker, soft black yarn that makes up the structure of this scarf. It's wide and fuzzy and the green really pops out! (Caryn says, "I'm thinking of bidding on this one myself...") If you're looking for a funky gift for someone, this scarf is it.

About This Item
Caryn says, "this is my first felted project and I think it came out great, so I'm putting it up for charity!" This is a small purple and black felted bag made from 50/50 wool and mohair, giving it a very fuzzy texture. The horizontal black lines in the bag body against the purple background are very subtle from the felting. The bag has two straps, black and purple, that allow it to fall mid-hip. The bag is small at a few inches across. (It currently doesn't have a clasp, but Caryn is adding that now and was impatient to get this up for auction!)

About This Item
This triangular shawl was knit on large needles using pink cotton ribbon yarn, which has an interesting texture and shimmer to it. The stitch pattern is known as "trinity stitch", which gives it a bobble-like texture. The edges are hand-crocheted with a scalloped edge. A very pretty shawl that can dress up any outfit!
